SHOE TRENDS FOR AUTUMN/WINTER 2008/09
The main rule for shoe trends next Autumn/Winter is as follows: sportiness remains a key theme but will be translated into clearly more chic, well-groomed and at times even elegant styles next season. Altogether the new shoe fashion is modern, impretentious and self-confident. Sophistication is ensured by clear, at times very purist lines and an enormously wide variety of lasts on the one hand, and by the mix of natural and man-made materials plus matt/shine contrasts, on the other.
